How is pricing determined for my project?
Pricing is based on the number and complexity of workflows or agents being automated, the systems that need to be integrated, and any industry-specific requirements. We provide a fixed-scope proposal after the discovery phase.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most engagements are structured with a deposit at kickoff, a milestone payment at the midpoint, and a final payment at delivery. Enterprise engagements can be structured with monthly retainer billing where appropriate.
What's included in the discovery phase?
Discovery includes a review of your current workflows, systems, and pain points, along with a proposed scope, timeline, and pricing for the engagement. This phase typically takes one to two weeks.
What happens after launch?
Every package includes a defined period of post-launch monitoring and adjustment. After that, ongoing support and refinement can continue under a monthly retainer if desired.
